Any part can be returned within 30 days.

Items damaged from use may be an exception. Call us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Special order parts are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your item.

We guarantee your machine will work how it's supposed to. Any issues or concerns will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

How to Initiate a Return

Call or email us with your billing information and invoice number if you have it.
We'll help determine the best way to return your item and get you an exchange or refund.
